Kourtney Frey Kelly

Kourtney joined the McConkey team in July 2023 as Claims Service Associate. She is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania, where she earned a degree in Psychology and minored in Criminal Justice. Her background is in Social Work; Kourtney was most recently working for the Commonwealth of PA as a Caseworker.

In her role with us, Kourtney will act as an advocate for our clients by helping to report, investigate, monitor, and resolve submitted claims. She’s excited to start her career in the insurance industry and brings a unique skill set from her days as a social worker. 

Kourtney is from Red Lion and still lives there with her husband, Collin, and their two cats, Ichabod and Boo. In her spare time, she enjoys bonfires, time with family, cooking and trying out new restaurants in the area. 

Fun Fact: Kourtney is a latte/specialty coffee connoisseur. She tries out all the new coffee shops, rates their coffees, and gets to explore new neighborhoods and support local businesses in the process!
