Laura joined McConkey in 2011 and serves as Vice President and Principal. With more than 20 years in the employee benefits industry, she brings strategic leadership to organizations navigating the growing complexity of benefits planning and management.
Laura is passionate about helping clients get the most from their benefits programs, designing tailored solutions that serve both business goals and employee wellbeing. Beyond her client work, she leads teams across McConkey’s Employee Benefits division, where she champions operational excellence, process improvement, and a collaborative culture built around exceptional client service.
A graduate of Penn State University, Laura holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She earned the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and is currently pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time traveling, golfing, and making memories with her family and friends.
