Lynn joined the team in March 2024 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. In this role she develops new corporate client opportunities, manages a growing book of business, and maintains trusted advisor relationships with McConkey’s prospects and clients.
Lynn previously worked for CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield for many years, most recently as a Sales Account Manager. She attended Towson University and Stevenson University and possesses her Life & Health license and Group Benefits Disability Specialist (GBDS) designation.
Originally from Timonium, Maryland, Lynn now resides in Nottingham with her husband, who is also named Lynn but goes by R.L. to avoid confusion! Her hobbies include traveling, wine tasting, volunteering for veterans, and spending time with her grown children and grandchildren.
