Mandy joined the McConkey team in 2017 and currently serves as a Business Insurance Executive. She partners with organizations to develop insurance and risk management strategies that protect their operations while building trusted, long-term client relationships.
Prior to joining McConkey, Mandy built a strong foundation in commercial insurance through roles in account management and underwriting training, where she developed procedures, workflows, and training programs to improve operational efficiency. Her areas of expertise include cyber risk, and she enjoys learning about the unique challenges businesses face across a wide range of industries.
As a business insurance generalist, Mandy works with organizations in the technology, education, engineering, construction, and nonprofit sectors. She values helping clients understand their risks and develop insurance solutions that support their long-term success.
Mandy is a graduate of Leadership York. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, she now lives in York with her husband and their two children. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, football, traveling, and spending as much time as possible with her family.
