Michael joined the McConkey team in 2007 and currently serves as President, CEO, and Principal. In addition to leading the organization’s strategic growth and vision, he partners with clients to develop insurance and risk management strategies that protect their businesses and support long-term success.
Prior to joining McConkey, Michael built extensive claims experience across automobile, general liability, property, and workers’ compensation insurance. His expertise in claims management and group captives provides clients with valuable insight into the claims process and helps them navigate complex losses with confidence. He primarily serves clients in the construction and manufacturing industries and enjoys building trusted relationships while helping business owners protect what they have worked hard to build.
Michael earned his degree from Temple University and holds both the Associate in Claims (AIC) and Associate in Management (AIM) designations.
Outside of his role at McConkey, Michael serves on the steering committee for the LifePath Christian Ministries capital campaign. He enjoys hunting, hiking, snowmobiling, and attending sprint car races.
