Michelle Collier

Michelle joined the team in January 2024 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. In this role Michelle develops new corporate client opportunities, manages a growing book of business, and maintains trusted advisor relationships with McConkey’s prospects and clients.

Michelle comes to us from TriSource, where she served as Recruiting Manager for about eighteen months. Prior to that, she spent many years as Human Resources Manager with several of McConkey’s clients. She is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania and while her background is primary Human Resources and management, employee benefits has always been a passion and Michelle is excited about this new chapter.

Born and raised in York, Michelle still lives here with her husband, Judd, and their two English springer spaniels. In her spare time, she enjoys time with family, traveling and rooting for the Penn State Nittany Lions!
