Michelle joined the McConkey team in 2024 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. With a strong background in human resources and employee management, she brings a unique perspective to helping employers develop benefits strategies that support both organizational goals and employee needs.
Prior to joining McConkey, Michelle spent many years in human resources leadership roles. Her experience provides valuable insight into the challenges employers face when managing their workforce, and she is passionate about helping organizations navigate the complexities of employee benefits with confidence.
Michelle works with clients across a variety of industries and enjoys building trusted relationships while developing benefits solutions that make a meaningful impact for both employers and their employees.
A graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, Michelle is excited to continue growing her career in employee benefits and bring her HR expertise to the McConkey team.
Born and raised in York, Michelle lives there with her husband, Judd, and their two English Springer Spaniels. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and cheering on the Penn State Nittany Lions.
