Michelle is a Client Service Manager of McConkey’s subsidiary, Valley Forge Captive Advisors, LLC which specializes in group captive insurance programs for middle market clients.
Michelle has been involved in the insurance industry since 2013, working on both the brokerage and carrier sides of the business, giving her insight to the many facets of insurance.
Michelle provides daily client services including issuing certificates of insurance, issuing Auto ID cards, billing, managing and gathering the information needed for the client renewal process. Michelle received a CISR insurance designation in 2019.
Michelle is a 2012 graduate of Penn State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Therapy and Audiology. She lives in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania with her husband, Matt, and daughter, Mia.
In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with friends and family, doing outdoor activities, traveling, and cooking.
