With 30 years of experience in commercial lines account management, including more than 10 years in supervisory and management roles, Michelle Zunner brings extensive industry expertise and a passion for client service to her role as Business Insurance Client Services Supervisor. Her background includes leading account management teams, building strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional service to commercial insurance clients.
Michelle is a Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) and holds her Property & Casualty insurance license. She is a graduate of Millersville University, where she majored in Communications.
At McConkey, Michelle supports the Commercial Lines team by providing leadership, mentoring staff, and helping ensure clients receive responsive, knowledgeable service tailored to their unique insurance needs.
Michelle resides in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, with her fiancé and is the proud mother of two daughters, Devin and Cassie. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, spending time at the beach, gardening, creating sea glass art, and cheering on the Pittsburgh Steelers.
