Client Service Associate

Nicole joined the team in January 2023 as a Client Service Associate in our Benefits division. In this role she works closely with the Client Service Managers to learn the ins and outs of servicing clients, resolving employee and employer benefit issues and claim issues, and managing carrier relations.
This is Nicole’s first job in the insurance business. She graduated from Towson University with a degree in Biology and all of her prior work experience has been in the dental/orthodontics industry. Her most recent position was Operations Manager with a dental lab.
Nicole grew up in Carroll County, MD, and now lives with her husband, Kyle, in Shrewsbury. She enjoys traveling (especially to tropical beaches!) and volleyball.
