Ryan joined the McConkey team in 2021 as an Employee Benefits Consultant. Since beginning his career in employee benefits, he has been dedicated to helping employers develop strategic benefits solutions that improve employee wellbeing while supporting long-term business goals.
Prior to joining McConkey, Ryan built experience in the payroll and human resources industry after earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing with a minor in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. His background gives him valuable insight into the challenges employers face and has provided a strong foundation for his career in employee benefits.
Ryan’s areas of expertise include cost containment strategies, self-funded health plans, and employee communications. He primarily serves clients in the construction and manufacturing industries and enjoys helping organizations create benefits programs that have a meaningful impact on the health and wellbeing of their employees.
Ryan lives in the York area with his wife, Shelly, and their triplet daughters. Outside of work, he enjoys playing guitar, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
