Samantha joined McConkey Insurance & Benefits in July 2023 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant, bringing nearly two decades of experience in the employee benefits industry. In this role, she works with employers to navigate the complexities of benefits strategy, with a focus on small group health plan solutions and tailored approaches for both fully insured and self-funded programs.
She is a subject matter expert in small group health plan solutions and is passionate about helping employers respond to rising healthcare costs through creative plan design, practical solutions, and clear education for both employers and employees. Her primary industries of focus include construction and manufacturing.
Samantha is a member of McConkey’s compliance committee, where she contributes to ongoing efforts around best practices and regulatory alignment within the benefits division.
She resides in Centre County with her husband, Dan, and their two children, Claire and Cooper. In her free time, she enjoys watching her daughter cheer under the Friday Night Lights and cheering her son from the sidelines through his seasons of soccer.
