Contact Seth
Seth joined the McConkey team in 2020 as a Client Service Manager in the Employee Benefits division and was promoted to Employee Benefits Consultant in 2021. He partners with clients to develop cost containment strategies and build strong, long-term relationships.
Seth graduated from Liberty University in 2018 with a double major in International Business and Project Management and a minor in Spanish. Prior to joining McConkey, he built a strong foundation in business operations and client service, which supports his consultative approach to employee benefits.
Seth primarily serves clients in the manufacturing industry and is a member of McConkey’s internal Cost Containment Committee. He is passionate about building relationships with clients and helping employers create sustainable, effective benefits strategies.
Seth lives in Lancaster with his wife, Allie, and their two children. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering on the Baltimore Ravens, playing soccer, hiking, and running. He and Allie are also active in their church community and volunteer with the youth group.
Fun fact: Seth ran an ultra-marathon in the mountains of Virginia in April 2018.
