Thomas Knapp, CPIA

Tom joined the team in May 2023 as a Business Insurance Associate in our Commercial Lines Division.In this role he works closely with the Business Insurance Executives to manage all aspects of the insurance program for their commercial clients, including daily servicing and the renewal process.

A 2023 graduate of Temple University, Tom majored in Risk Management and Insurance. He realized he was interested in the industry upon taking a risk management class early in his college career while originally majoring in business. He was even a member of Gamma Iota Sigma, a professional risk management fraternity at Temple. During summer of 2022, Tom interned with Johnson, Kendall & Johnson, an insurance brokerage in Newtown.

Tom was born and raised in York and a graduate of Central York School District.

In his spare time, he enjoys watching hockey, playing golf, and enjoying time with his huge Italian family!
