Client Service Associate

Yolanda joined the Gallen team in February 2024 as a Client Service Associate/Receptionist. In this role she will work to obtain her Property and Casualty license so she can handle a book of business, while also being the “face” of the Gallen office, greeting visitors and answering phones.
Prior to joining our organization, Yolanda worked in title insurance, for a non profit, and also as a teaching assistant. Originally from Puerto Rico, she has lived in Pennsylvania for about eight years now. She has three grown daughters and will soon be a grandmother too!
In her spare time, Yolanda enjoys interior design, crafting, dancing, and being with family and her chihuahua, Luna.
