Beth joined the McConkey team in 2010. Her professional experience of more than 20 years includes working with businesses throughout Pennsylvania to assist them in obtaining and maintaining comprehensive benefit programs for their employees.

Throughout her career, Beth has been involved in many aspects of the healthcare industry. Prior to joining McConkey, she was a Benefit Consultant with the Pennsylvania Chamber of Business and Industry, providing benefit consulting and account management services for small- to mid-sized businesses located throughout the state.

In her current role as a Consultant, Beth continues to provide benefit consulting service and support to the business community. She is responsible for managing the daily client interactions to assure that McConkey continues to provide the high level of service to which our clients are accustomed.

Beth is a graduate of York College of Pennsylvania, having earned a B.S. degree in Long Term Care Administration. She resides in Dallastown with her husband, Dave. They enjoy being grandparents, camping, traveling, and attending Penn State football games in the fall. Beth currently serves on the Board of The York County Food Bank and is involved in other community-focused initiatives.
