Employee Benefits Communications Manager

Cassandra joined the team in April 2023 as Communications Manager, a new role in our Employee Benefits division. In this role she provides overall communication support for our Employee Benefits clients, helping them to inform, educate and engage their employees.
Prior to McConkey, Cassandra was with PA Chamber Insurance for nearly seventeen years, where she held various roles including Senior Compliance Consultant, HR Consulting Coordinator and Service & Support Team Lead. She is licensed in Life & Health.
Cassandra has been in Middletown, PA for many years and has a grown son, grown daughter and a grandson that she adores. In her spare time she enjoys time with friends and downtime at the beach!
Fun Fact: Cassandra is an artist, specifically figure drawing with charcoal and watercolors.
