About Us

Jill re-joined the McConkey team in November 2015 as our Human Resources Manager and is now our Director of Human Resources. Prior to that, she worked as a Select/Bond CSA for McConkey from 2011 to 2013 and then spent a couple of years pursuing her passion for Human Resources with a healthcare company.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a BA in Business. She holds her Property & Casualty insurance license and CISR designation, in addition to her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) designation.
