Laura proudly joined the McConkey team in 2011 and has been in the employee benefits industry since 2003.
Laura has a passion for assisting clients in optimizing their benefits packages, she is committed to delivering tailored solutions and ensuring clients navigate the complexities of employee benefits with confidence.
A large portion of her time is focused on managing a dynamic team at McConkey, overseeing day-to-day operations with a focus on excellence and leveraging her years of experience in the employee benefits industry to streamline processes and foster a collaborative work environment.
Laura graduated from Penn State with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing. She currently holds the Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and is actively pursuing the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation.
Laura finds joy in her personal life spending time with her husband, Nick, and two children, Dominic and Leah as well as traveling and golfing.
