Brian joined the McConkey team in December 2022 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. In this role he develops new corporate client opportunities, manages a growing book of business, and maintains trusted advisor relationships with McConkey’s prospects and clients.
Brian comes to us with nearly twenty years’ experience in employee benefits and a proven track record of designing and implementing health and welfare programs for complex, multi-cultural organizations. Brian was an inaugural member of IBInext, a cross-discipline thought-leadership panel constructed by the board of the Integrated Benefits Institute to revolutionize how industry approaches employee benefits, productivity, and absence strategy while driving business performance. IBInext is an exclusive assembly of professionals selected from key consulting firms across the nation.
