Deb joined McConkey in February 2017 as an Employee Benefits Executive Consultant. Deb has an impressive background in Human Resources and employee benefits. Before she joined McConkey, she was Vice President of Human Resources at Phillips Pet Food & Supplies, a national distribution company with more than 1,500 employees.
Phillips was a member of Keystone Benefit Partners (KBP) and Deb was very involved with the KBP program. She served as Vice Chair of the Partners In Health (PIH) committee and then was the Chair for two consecutive terms. After her time on the PIH committee, Deb was the Vice President of KBP. She was slated to move into the President of KBP role when she ended her employment at Phillips.
At McConkey, Deb leverages her “employer perspective” and leadership experience with Keystone Benefits Partners as she consults with many of McConkey’s largest benefits clients. Deb leads the Keystone Benefits Program Partners In Health committee.
Deb earned an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Elizabethtown College. She holds SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and SHRM-SCP (Society for Human Resource Management – Senior Certified Professional) certifications.
